溫室效應、南北極冰溶、海平面上升,這些環保議題沒離開過我們,電影情節也總是推陳出新,甚至還有外星人前來審判地球人的情節(從Star Trek IV:The Voyage Home到最近的The Day the Earth Stood Still都是),不過,從別的角度來看待這個末世、用這些議題作為背景設定、顯得悠閒恬淡的動畫、漫畫也沒少過(例如橫濱購物紀行),而這部La Maison en Petites Cubes (積木之屋)也是。
所以,如果有那麼一天,世界被水淹沒了,而我們的回憶,都在海面下,那,你會如何去看待這些回憶?
是不是當時間不斷過去(海水不斷上升),那努力搭建的房子(用力活過的回憶),就會這樣被淹沒(遺忘)呢?還是,會留在珍惜這些事物的我們的心中?
